Spooners and West Darmoor Hunt Pony Club Endurance Riding

Spooners PC Endurance Ride - Sunday 6th February 2011

Once again the Bere Peninsula provided a safe haven from the gales and rain bombarding other areas. Apart from one light shower the riders enjoyed a dry day, although the sun couldn't quite break through until the afternoon.

Congratulations to Amelia Jeans on Dolly, Charlotte Wilkie on Diego, Maddy Cinnamond on Flitt and Thea O'Callaghan on Saffy who all successfully completed the 25km Kestrel Ride. Saffy won the Veteran Pony rosette and newcomer Charlotte's Diego won the award for the lowest finishing pulse rate. WELL DONE girls (& ponies!)
