Team Showjumping
There are several of these competitions throughout the year held by different pony clubs in our Area at different venues.
Spooners is keen to encourage as many of its members as possible to take part in these competitions as it is a great way to gain experience and fun to be part of a team representing the club. If I know about a competition I will send an e mail with details of heights etc around to everyone asking if they want to take part. I will then enter a team/teams (usually of four)based on the response I get. If you know of a competition which I may not know about please feel free to email me and I will try to get a team together.
Heights are normally from 2ft 3 upwards but there are a couple of competitions in the year aimed at beginners (including our very own event at Monkswell in September) where there will be classes at 1ft 9 to 2ft.
Spooners has a good record in team show jumping so don't be shy.. ..give it a try!
